Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in Green Light Your Green Card, or any of our other courses and programs (collectively, “The Program”), you agree to the following terms:
Overview
The terms "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Jordan Collective, LLC. The term “Site” refers to Jordan Collective, LLC. The terms "Client," "user," "you," and "your" refer to clients, client team members (employees, contractors, and representatives of the client or client’s company), and any other users of the site.
Accessing the Program, including all information and educational materials provided by the Company, indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, without modification. By using the Site or Program, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have read them.
Access to the Program
The Program includes various course content such as written materials, recorded video or audio, live or pre-recorded calls, and discussions in Program-related forums (collectively, “Materials”). Access to the Program and Materials is granted exclusively to the registered customer. You agree not to share, sell, or distribute any Program content, usernames, or passwords without express written consent from the Company. Access may be revoked if terms are violated or payments are not made in full and on time.
Use of the Site and Program
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms to access or use the Site. Information on the Site and in the Program regarding lawful permanent resident status, immigration services, and related topics may change, and the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content provided.
Program Payment Policy
Clients are responsible for full payment of Programs and Products, including applicable taxes and fees, using a valid payment method. By selecting a payment plan, you authorize the Company to charge the card on file for each scheduled payment. Missed payments may result in your account status changing to “delinquent,” loss of access to Program content, and revocation of site access within seven days of a missed payment. If an account remains delinquent for more than 60 days, the Company may report the balance to a credit bureau or collections agency. Partial payment does not grant partial access; full commitment to the Program is required.
Cancellation, Refunds, & Returns
Due to the digital nature and immediate access provided, no refunds will be issued once a program or product is purchased.
No Guarantees
Results from participation in the Program are not guaranteed. While we are committed to delivering the Program as described, outcomes depend on various factors, including client participation, and cannot be guaranteed by the Company.
No Legal Services and No Attorney-Client Relationship
Participation in the Program does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Company employees and contractors are not acting in a legal capacity within the Program, and no content provided should be considered legal advice.
Confidentiality
All confidential information shared by the Company, participants, or clients within the Program is to be protected. This includes client data, program content, and information disclosed by other participants. Violations of confidentiality may result in injunctive relief for the Company or the participant involved.
Intellectual Property
The Program and Site contain intellectual property owned by Jordan Collective, LLC, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary information. You agree not to reproduce, share, or create derivative works from the Site or Program content without written consent from the Company.
